The Omniscient Report

Your business has blind spots. This is the document that finds them: screenshots, measurements, and a fix list, drawn up like a blueprint of everything your business shows the internet. Nine weighted categories. One letter grade. No fog.

Rates and intake are in Chapter 03. The action there is called Run my report, and it is the only thing this page asks of you.

Chapter 01

What we examine, and with what.

Every finding in the report is tied to an instrument, not an opinion. These are the research passes that run against your business, and the nine categories they score.

PASS 01

Full site inventory

Every page of your site mapped and counted: service pages, location pages, the pages that are missing.

PASS 02

Rendered capture

Your pages loaded the way a customer's browser loads them, scripts and all, then read and photographed.

PASS 03

Core Web Vitals

Speed as Google measures it: largest paint, layout shift, responsiveness, on phone and desktop.

PASS 04

Tracking detection

Which analytics and advertising tags actually fire: GA4, Tag Manager, the Meta pixel, ad conversion tags.

PASS 05

Technical SEO read

Titles, descriptions, heading structure, schema markup, indexability, the pages search engines can and cannot see.

PASS 06

Email and domain hygiene

SPF, DMARC, and MX records, HTTPS enforcement, domain health. Whether your own invoices reach the inbox.

PASS 07

Tech stack fingerprint

What your site is built on, how old the approach is, and what that means for speed and maintenance.

PASS 08

Local presence and reviews

Your Google Business Profile, rating, review velocity and responses, and name-address-phone consistency.

PASS 09

Competitor instruments PRO

The same instruments run against up to three competitors, side by side, plus ad presence and social audit.

Scoring model
CategoryWeightScores high when
Website and conversion18%Fast, mobile-clean, clear calls to action, working forms and booking.
Local presence14%Profile claimed and current, consistent name-address-phone, photos recent.
Tracking and analytics12%GA4 and Tag Manager live, conversions defined, pixels firing.
SEO12%Clean titles and structure, schema present, service and location pages exist.
Reputation12%Strong rating and velocity, owner responses, positive sentiment.
Advertising readiness10%Tags in place, landing pages exist, the offer is legible, leads are captured.
Social and content10%Active, consistent, clear bios, video present.
CRM and follow-up8%Enquiries answered fast, missed calls recovered, follow-up automated.
Voice AI readiness4%Calls handled reliably, with a clear path to an AI receptionist.

The weighted sum is the overall score; the score sets the grade, A through F. The math lives in code and is the same for every business we examine. Evidence moves the number. Nothing else does.

Chapter 02

This is what you receive.

A measured plate, so you know the shape of the deliverable before you pay for it. The plate below is a sample with illustrative data, and says so on its face. Yours is drawn from your evidence.

Specimen 01 · homepage, mobile render Sample · illustrative data

A.No phone number anywhere above the fold. A customer on a job site gives this four seconds.

B.Hero image weighs 3.1 MB. Largest paint at 6.8 s on a phone. Google notices, and so do people.

C.No analytics tag fires. Every dollar spent on this page is spent blind.

Reputation74 / 100
Advertising readiness20 / 100
Social and content35 / 100
CRM and follow-up30 / 100
Voice AI readiness25 / 100

Weighted composite: 43.5 of 100.

Most underperforming businesses land between C and F on first examination. The report's job is to show the shortest path to an A.

And what to do about it: the fix list.

  1. Put the phone number in the header, tap-to-call, every page. (Sample finding.)
  2. Compress the hero image from 3.1 MB to under 200 KB and re-measure paint.
  3. Install GA4 and Tag Manager, define a conversion, and stop spending blind.
  4. Answer the last eleven reviews, newest first. Velocity matters more than perfection.

The real list runs to ten items, sequenced by impact, each tied to its evidence.
